Platform Terms

Terms of Use

These terms outline how access to Obsidian Flow is granted, what users are paying for, and the boundaries around licenses, access, and misuse.

Overview

Core terms.

  • Access is granted as a revocable software license, not a transfer of ownership.
  • Licenses may be tied to user accounts, machine IDs, or other access controls you choose to enforce.
  • Users may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, leak, copy, or share proprietary tools without permission.
  • You may update, improve, rename, bundle, or retire products as needed.
  • Abuse, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass licensing may result in account suspension or termination.

Details

Payments and access.

  • Subscription and bundle pricing may change for future members, except where a stated founding offer explicitly says otherwise.
  • Founding-member pricing applies only where described and only to the qualifying product tier.
  • Refund, cancellation, renewal, and support policies should be stated clearly in your checkout and account flow.
  • Downtime, third-party platform issues, broker connectivity issues, or user hardware issues may affect functionality.
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate purchases, billing errors, or verified delivery issues. By purchasing, you agree to these terms, your use of the software remains subject to platform compliance, and any questions regarding legal or account matters should be directed to obsidianflow.support@gmail.com.
